All of the above. I hate bare feet in public. I don't even go barefoot at my own house.

They have a sign saying take your shoes off before entering the play area, and a set of cubbies to store shoes. Kids run out of there all the time without their shoes on.

You talking about in the play area? First of all, get out of the play area, you are a grown arse man. Second, it is their grubby little hands that you should be worried about not their bare feet.

I will save yall time "why does it matter whether or not you are barefoot? You don't use your feet".. Now that's out the way.

Unless you are in bed or laying down somewhere, why would people go barefoot? I understand if you are laying down, and you get up to go get something and you don't put anything on in that situation, but if you are up.. Even around the house, if you are barefoot, you could step on something, get dirt on your feet, etc. At the least, put socks on..

If you are a parent and you bring your child out in public (unless its the beach or something I guess) you should be ashamed of yourself... With that said, parents who do that probably really don't care, but it's disrespectful, nasty.. you putting the kid at risk.. I don't get it.
