This is the biggest bunch of nonsense. Genetics determine where fat goes, not how much fat will be there.

How about I don't feed your fat arse for 2 weeks. You only get water. Then we'll see how quickly your "genetics" change.

Truth.

Quit giving Pecker a hard time.

He is speaking the truth.

As a physician, I deal with patients complaints of "gaining weight" on certain medications ALL THE TIME. However, when I use these same medications in a controlled environment, no one gains weight at all. (Long term residential program for kids).

Its all about physical activity and the food you put in your mouth. These kids in a long term treatment program have a kitchen that CLOSES and there is no snack food around and..................wait for it............wait.............they gain no weight! How is that possible? Do they ALL have the right genetics?

She will either blow up again at some point or be too damned motivated for me to be around her.

The damn facial expressions chicks feel the need to make every time they take a selfie drive me crazy.

What happened to a straight face or slight smile/smirk? Scrunching one's forehead/eyes and contorting the mouth /duck/fish/O is not attractive. Low T guys seem to do this as well on social media.

:insertSeinfeldgif:

ETA: As for the OP, good on her. Sure she looks a lot better and IWHI, but more importantly she is healthier and a good role model for her circle.

A woman from Aarhus, Denmark, who was once classified as “morbidly obese” after tipping the scales at 268 pounds, now works as a physical trainer and sportswear model after dropping more than half of the weight in a period of four years.

If she was considered morbidly obese at 268 lbs in Denmark, what does that make Americans in which there plenty that top the scales over 350-400lbs?

It is amazing how many people post serious replies to el gaucho, Lucas P etc.

It's always funny when some random lurker signs in and rips one of them a new one not knowing they're just intentionally being stupid.

Super morbidly obese. Someone who is 250 at 5'6 is morbidly obese with a BMI of 40. When their BMI hits 50, they're super morbidly obese.

most skinny people are that way by nature and not because they are all just amazingly dedicated people.

Do you really believe this? This is called a defensive coping mechanism.

It is extremely rare that someone can eat whatever they want and not exercise and not gain weight. IMO less than 5%. <-- Way less. You think that skinny people eat 5000 calories a day? They are just blessed with "skinny" genes and eat chocolate cake for breakfast? It just doesn't work that way.

Look around, 2/3 people in this country are overweight.

Are you purporting that only 1/3 of our population has "skinny" genes???

What is more likely - the skinny person lives a healthy and active lifestyle, eats right, works out...... or, they are blessed with special genes that allow them to process carbs, fats, and proteins differently than all other humans! Mutants even?

Like all things in this world - life isn't fair. WITHOUT QUESTION - some people have a much tougher road than others..... but that was not what I said. I did not say it was easy for anyone.

I said, all fat people want to be skinny, CAN BECOME SKINNY, but most don't have the willpower.

Question, if some people are naturally skinny, and that is your excuse for the condition of our fat country, how to you explain the fact that just 50 years ago ---- we were not a FAT country?

Did all of the naturally skinny people from 50 years ago just not reproduce? Or is it perhaps the change in our diet and lifestyle that causes people to be fat??????????
