In theory it can. 4L and 22R are 7499 ft and a 747 needs about 7000 ft to land/take off. Whether or not they actually land there is probably up to the air force.

AF1 was built to land in less than optimal environments including less than 7k ft for landing and take off just fyi not that they would want to or anything

True, and don't know if he used the 747 AF1 then. They don't always use the 747 anyway. They have smaller planes for short trips.

POTUS always flys on AF1.

VP and other folks venture out in the smaller jets but the Big Guy is always on the one plane. It's so he can have Command and Control if any shite goes down while he is in the air.

Not so much, there are at least 2 747 AF1's that are identical and are rotated
