People in Louisiana seem to be highly invested in the local crime beat of the Bay Area
Some people on this board seem highly invested in explaining away criminal behavior in our cities. Why is that?

She said she isn’t ever nervous about driving through dangerous areas or walking around shady places at night or in foreign countries because she’s not doing anything wrong and those people have no reason to hurt her.
I'm sure many a person has thought this and regretted that decision in their last few mins of life as they got stabbed, robbed, raped, murdered etc..

Potential solution: Reopen on the property inside of a nearby penitentiary.

quote:Yes, made me think of the one in Ocala across from Silver Springs. Dad and I met down there a few times twenty years ago for the big car show. But sadly, I see that Holiday Inn has been rebuilt and they didn't include a Denny's this time. Dad was happy as a clam eating every meal there.
Growing up in the 80s, I thought nothing was better than staying in the hotel/motel that had the attached Dennys to it.

Dennys pays $54 million for anti black racism
What a coincidence. That's a million dollars for every year that this Denny's was open - before having to turn tail and run for their lives.

Businesses closing around the country due to crime.

I didn’t know that dennys didn’t take food stamps for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The A’s a/k/a the jewel of Major League Baseball. Brad Pitt made a movie about them!
And the owner is trying to move them to Vegas ASAP!

Well if you live in Louisiana there is a significant black population compared to the rest of the country.
Ive lived in Atlanta, Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
What do I win?
Oh and forgot when I was a kid we lived in the MS delta for a year and a half. Ive never lived anywhere absent of black people.
