Well Oaktown is kinda third world…like New Orleans. No middle class only extreme wealth or poverty.
Some of those shanties have power. They have generators and all kinds of shite out there. The craziest thing is that many have jobs.

Sure there are dem cities that are nice, but only because they haven’t destroyed them yet. Denver is an example, but Denver is being destroyed. Then there are some in the NE that are nice, but that’s because the cold winters keep the winos away.
