That's what I answered and it said New Orleans (which was correct)

Missed me by a mile.

According to the quiz I'm from southern California.

Born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama.

Where were your parents raised? You pick up most terminology from your parents as you grow up, so people need to think about that, too.

The neutral ground one should be the only answer needed for new Orleans.

Other potential questions include:

What do you call it when you go to the store to buy food for home consumption?

and

What do you call the government safety decal used to indicate your car is currently in good standing?

I got Baton Rouge, Mobile, and Jackson, though I live in BR, I'm not from Baton Rouge. I wonder if they're playing a little frickery by looking at IP addresses to inform their guesses.

I got Jackson, Baton Rouge, Birmingham. Looks darkest between Jackson and Baton Rouge.
I'm originally from Greene County, AL and everyone in my family is from AL or North FL, but have lived the longest around Memphis

Nailed me. Born in NOLA, grew up in BR.

For the poster who wants to exterminate anyone who says “youuns”, my SIL from middle Tennessee says this. Great guy, so you’ll have to go thru me.

Yeah I just took it again, it had different questions, and it said I was from Irving because I called it a blow off class. I only put that because they didn't have an option for "don't have a word for this."

I had a difficult time with answers because I say different things when I am in California than I say when I am in Mississippi. I used my Mississippi terms on the quiz, and it nailed me perfectly.

Highways or freeways... I would be run out of MS if I ever said, "Take the 55 down to Jackson." In LA, if you don't say, "Take the 405 to the 101." people are going to think you odd.
