Happy's finally lost (gave up) a battle with people who live in the area over the music on the patio being too loud, so they are moving.
My take was "if you don't like loud bars don't move next to one", but that's just me.

As downtown moves towards more mixed commercial/residential (which is a good thing), there are likely going to be distinctions drawn between "you live next to a bar, so yes, there are going to be loud people on the street sometimes" versus "you live next to a bar and they are going to blast extremely high volume music outside of said bar".
People are going to be more willing to suck up the former than the latter.
