Do they really think black Americans are too stupid to not overheat?

Yes, they do. They are the old Democrat party and they have always thought black people are inferior and need help in all aspects, and black people worship them for it.

I know Korky hates it that I won't allow hyperbole in regards to temperature talk, but this is just another reason why it is against the rules. Exaggerating how hot it is in order to make every hot day mean something leads to shite like this.

IS any other country on this planet going through this shite like we are. That memo actually wants you to give a little extra concern for black folk while "F" everybody else... FU NYC Jews... FU NYC Italians.. FU NYC Ukrainians...

I actually agree with this. Racism can effect heart stress.

Beating up Asians and assaulting people in the subway can be strenuous in the heart. All that punching and kicking.. yep… I agree.

A meteor could strike the earth and they would somehow blame it on racism

I bet that if a meteors were exposed to enough light, you would see that they’re white.

Makes sense.

Black absorbs heat better than lighter colors.

Interesting way to phrase that lower income people are more likely to live in housing that doesn't have AC or the AC doesn't work.

So extreme heat is worse than say a tsunami or at 5 hurricane or a tornado outbreak like what hit Alabama? Side note, I did like the way they actually capitalized White, 1st time I’ve ever seen that.
