Does this explosion in homeless people seemingly all over the place trace back specifically to the opioid epidemic? I realize we've always had homelessness but not like this.

NYC didn’t magically become the safest big city (until recently). It used to be very dangerous and dirty. NYC elected a Republican mayor and he cleaned it up. DeBlasio is doing all he can now to destroy all of that work.
