That's extremely sad. From the look of it, that poor woman is being trafficked now. And it's all because she wanted to have a good heart.
Pure evil.
Pure evil.

Is that thought to be her car flashing lights and in service lane at start of video and slowly going a little farther until it stops?
Almost looks like cops right at end of video.
If her car I can’t see how she could have seen something as small of a child walking along road as far back as she was when she pulled over and turned on hazards before stopping car.
Holy crap. So if that's the video, you don't see any other vehicle stopping or leaving from the time she pulls over to the time the police arrive 3 minutes later
Cars traveling by continuously
No way she saw a toddler the way that stop occurred.

It looks like you can continue to see her until 1:20 mark then she goes over into the woods to the right.
Very hard to see though.
If there was a car stopped, I would think she would stop closer to that car thinking the kid might be related to that? Very strange

ETA: I'm not talking about the case of the woman in the hotel in LA who was found in the water tank (although it's probably the same story there). The woman in the case I posted above was another black woman. The woman found in the water supply of the hotel was asian, IIRC>
That documentary was wild. Creepy as hell

Thank you sir. I don't recall hearing of this in the past.
This case is bizarre.

Well to add another wrinkle to the weird arse video:
If you watch the large sign from :56-1:05, there is a distinctly human shaped shadow that runs across. There’s a white truck driving up and for a brief second, the shadow appears.
I thought maybe it’s a shadow from the truck, but about ten seconds later, another truck comes down the same lane and there’s no similar shadow.

If you stick with the vid at 3:45 what looks like a large flashlight waves in the woods back towards the camera.
That’s called lens flare.

Maybe this is her wanting to disappear? Maybe she’s got something going on in her life and she thought the only way out is to fake her disappearance?

Article had said the wig, phone and watch were found "close to the car". Wonder if that means right on shoulder or off in woods

but you don't see a toddler from that far off going 70 through a turn.
Is it possible she saw the kid, then, exited and turned around to loop back around the interstate and go get the kid?

Yeah. It'd take her 10-15 min to make the turn around.
You would think other cars would be calling or corroborating the toddler sighting but no one has

Would love to see the OT crack another case. Y’all are already on it

Yea I’m going with this. She probably owed somebody a lot of money - drugs or something. Or maybe was about to get teed up for something at work. She needed to disappear. This whole toddler story ain’t flying.

Used to live right by here. Im going with a mental break of somekind. Moss rock Preserve is very close to that exit as well as another large chunk of undeveloped land. As others have said there are homes that back up to that exact spot on interstate then a short walk to Moss Rock. They should check over there as well. Hope shes found alive

I’m leaning toward this as well. Traffic cams would more than likely be able to verify there was a kid on the side of the road

Mile marker 11 would be the wooded section of 459 between the hoover met exit and the galleria exit.
The precise location where she parked the car appears to be right at mile marker 11.4. There's a 1/2 mile Exit 10 sign 30 feet in front of the 11.4 marker.

You think somebody used a baby and got lucky enough for a lone young female to pull over to the side of the road for a sex trafficking abduction? Gullible frick.

That or a planned runaway. Which would be odd because she was working pretty hard at building her life. Who knows though?
Without evidence of a struggle, it makes sense that she ditched her hat and wig. She left the phone on purpose. She made sure (at some point) her watch and AirPods (both of which could locate her) were in her purse. Essentially, all ways of easily finding her or identifying her were removed. Unless the traffic cam missed something in the shadows, she did it all herself.
To me that’s preplanned. Why there? On the interstate? With a story about a kid? No idea. Much easier ways to run away.
I don’t know the answer to this: can psychotic breaks include a carefully planned disappearance? One that’s planned but also a stupid idea?
