No way she only traveled 600 yards in 2 minutes 45 seconds. Look at the video. Both mile markers are visible at .2 miles apart. .2 miles is approximately 350 yards. The video doesn’t show her driving 2+ minutes in the emergency lane. More like 10 seconds tops. Her speed in the emergency lane can be calculated using all of that info which is approximately 70~ mph

Talk about a small world. My daughter went to school with Carlee at Spain Park and also the writer of this NYTimes article. He's from Hoover. The article is from four days ago. My daughter is friends with the writer, he's been to my house. She says he told her a couple of days ago he thinks she's pulling a hoax on everybody and he hates to be the one to write the next article about her. I told her maybe he should recuse himself from the next write up on her.
She just told me that Eduardo the writer reached out to Carlee's mom via text and got an interview with her prior to her return. After she came home, he's tried to follow up with another interview but Momma won't respond!
