Daughters aren’t included in the rules.

Did the California case have victim search history researching abduction information and then impromptu travel information on their phone hours before the incident?
No, but California got a conviction and she did/is serving time.

Is she still a nursing student or did she frick that up, too?
She gets charged with either the theft from the spa or the kidnapping, the nursing board more than likely wouldn’t certify her

Wives are all someone's daughter, and they are included if age appropriate.

Poster’s daughters not included in rules. There was a discussion in the LNST years ago and it was established (with some coercion).

I'm expecting that the family has a lawyer by now. I'm wondering if we'll be hearing anything from the lawyer. They're going to need to work a deal with the DA on this one.

She hasn't committed a felony that I'm aware of so what's the need of the da?

I bet they come to some kind of deal to avoid her serving jail time. Community service, mental health counseling, probably a huge fine. Parents are probably pretty well to do living there.

Stonewalling is only gonna make this worse. I think the Hoover PD and is just going to keep ratcheting up the pressure until she comes clean. Today is presser was basically we know what you did and why you did it. It’s time to stop playing games. More than likely she probably could’ve got off with a slap on the wrist, but taking the hard line approach isn’t helping her case

Carlee is (apparently) currently deleting negative comments on her Instagram, but she’s having trouble keeping up. If she’s still worried about keeping her social media identity in tact, she’s probably not seeing the urgency in cooperating with the police.

I don't think they would have done anything if the parents would have said she had a breakdown etc.

They definitely aren't hurting

Right now they are almost guaranteed to be lawyered up and being counseled on the best mitigate the damage. She will come clean soon and will give a phony cry session on her issues and how she is terribly sorry for her actions. She will do a month or so in jail, probation, and community service.

Very glad to hear that. She isn't capable of caring for people. She'd probably steal patient's meds and belongings.
