Thanks! I was at the hospital when she was born and I've seen her a lot. I'm trying to walk the narrow line between being a grand dad who wants to be in the child's life and not being a pest. I've told my son and daughter in law that they won't hurt my feelings if they have other things to do when I want to see her. And, of course, I've offered to babysit once she gets a bit older. While I was very happy that my only child is male, I'm thrilled that my grandchild is a little girl.
