I gotta be honest, as a business owner I am PISSED I didn't think of this. I can only imagine the margin on some of the stuff they are selling. No worries about brawls, drunks falling and hitting their head, date rape (actually hetero sex of any kind) and other high dollar and liability issues.

Yea, it's a new position that even a few restaurants across the country are hiring people for these days. I saw something about a "Water Tasting Dinner" at a place in New York recently.
