Grew up in a part of the world that people freak out if we get down to 15 or if any snow falls. So. False.

My sister lives in Minneapolis also and didn't come home for Christmas for the first time ever because she,"can't afford to", when she just got back from multiple overseas vacations and going on another in two weeks.

I hope she freezes her tits off. Merry Christmas, hoe

Its -5 now in Minneapolis with wind chill at -21, and it's still December. Can't wait till the -40's in January and February

In my experience there's cold, 18-20 degrees, and no thanks - below zero.

We had snow last night and this morning. First white Christmas of my life. It was pretty awesome. It's 35 now. About perfect Christmas weather for me. Cold but not freezing.

Of all the ways for this sentence to end you picked one of the worst.

I've had much worse in the heat. It's actually possible to stay warm in the cold.

I hear you. I just poured a couple glasses out of a growler and put the rest of it on the deck. When it was time for a refill, the beer was already frozen solid.

Yeah, the only bad experience I've had in the cold was due to the fact that I had to wear steel toes.

It was still on the ground this morning but it was gone by noon. Fun while it lasted.
