Slow in my neighborhood as well. I'm thinking a lot of people are tied up with highschool football since it's a Friday night

Very slow here. Not a lot of little kids in our neighborhood. Plus, there’s a really cool area less than a mile from here that goes all out decorating. That’s where a lot of kids in this area go.

Tons of kids where I was. Non-stop from 6-8. Gave out eight bowls of candy. Decorated trailers, golf carts, side-by-sides everywhere.

Good Halloween for us, plenty of kids this year.

It seems like these days there are small pockets of trick or treating (almost like parents do it for pure nostalgia)

Candy (Halloween or otherwise) is so damn available 24/7 365, it’s just not a thrill to be honest.

Back in the 70/80s it was still exciting to check out your haul.

Now, bags of every delectable, are just always there.

My wife made 900 ziplock bags of candy and we ended up with about 100 left over.

We have a total of 12 kids near me and 2 are high school age.

The rest of the neighborhood is old timers.

They seemed to gravitate towards certain blocks and party houses in my neighborhood.

Probably the ones with more kids on the block.

We had huge crowds. Went through four of the big bags from Costco and had to turn off the lights at 7:45. Friday night and perfect weather.

None as usual where I am because the houses are too far apart. A lot of walking for just a few goodies.

We had at least 100 and some smoking hot moms/aunts.

Hungover like a motherfricker.

I haven't had a trick or treater in over 10 years.

You can't see my house from the county section line road. My gravel driveway is almost a 1/2 mile to my house and buildings. My wife would love to decorate for Halloween, but it's pointless so we dont even mess with it.
