My favorite was Kim Jong-Il's golfing prowess.
First time out, old boy shoots 38-under with 5...5 holes-in-one on a 7,700 yd course.
I'm some what of a Kim Jung-ll historian, it was 11 holes in one

I wish we had a strong leader like Kim Jong Un instead of the coward we have now

Do you think people in North Korea are so brainwashed that they actually believe this stuff?
Absolutely. The poorest villagers often think of them as gods. There are stories of housefires in north korea and parents saving portraits of Great Leader before their own children.

And the impressive part is he does it in dress shoes and an overcoat.

I really would have expected Putin to be rocking some cooler sunglasses than the wrap around geriatric glasses.

Someone must have told him there was a big stash of Hennessy up there.

You got a down vote making a joke about Putin. Red Rifle must be lurking.

It's true, Brian Williams was there

is there a comprehensive list of all Kim Jong-un's accomplishments?

I wish there was because there'd be some real winners on there. Did you hear about the one where the North Koreans landed a man on the Sun?
quote:
The State News Agency of North Korea has confirmed today that the country has become the first in the world to ever land a man on the sun.
It reported that astronaut Hung Il Gong left for the sun on a specially designed rocket ship at approximately 3 am this morning.
Hung, who traveled alone, reached his destination some four hours later, landing his craft on the far side of the lonely star.
“We are very delighted to announce a successful mission to put a man on the sun.” a North Korean central news anchor man said on a live broadcast earlier. “North Korea has beaten every other country in the world to the sun. Hung Il Gong is a hero and deserves a hero’s welcome when he returns home later this evening.”
The specially trained astronaut is expected to return back to earth at 9 pm tonight, where he will meet his uncle and supreme leader Kim Jong-un.
It is understood that the 17-year-old ‘space explorer’ traveled at night to avoid being engulfed by the suns rays, and that this genius approach has brought the soviet state to the top of the global space rankings.
While on the sun, Mr. Hung collected sun spot samples to bring back to his supreme leader as a present.
LINK
Turns out the story was s hoax. But what makes it so funny is there were a lot of media outlets who fell for it... not that North Korea actually landed a man on the sun, but that they claimed they did.

yeah, stories from North korea must be true.

Whether it's fear or brainwashing I absolutely believe those people would save a portrait over their own children.

They're stories from a documentary film crew. And they didnt have any reason to lie. Pretty intense documentary.
They go to a Korean Family's home and the guy asks the translator to ask the man what would happen if he just took down the portrait of Kim Jong-Il? The translator tries to ask the man, but he literally cannot comprehend the thought of moving the painting and gets physically upset at the idea.
Wild shite over there dude. They dont have education or money or anything. THey're poor farmers, brainwashed from birth and controlled their entire lives.

Sure they did. Death is a pretty big motivator.
I've also seen documentaries when the people didn't know they were being filmed and were ridiculing Kim Jong. Your's sound like some strangers show up to make a video and you think they have no reason to lie?

Flip the coin and it sounds like you're all in on the slanted view of North Korea.
