For years now the mainline Protestant churches have had conservative and liberal branches. The conservative branches have been losing members to the more liberal but I'm hoping disgraceful things like this will start to turn the tide.

The transgender community is the absolute worst. I am not exaggerating at all. They don't want anyone to make jokes about them, they don't want to be equal, they want to be more than equal.. Now this shite?

No! There are 2 main factions of the Lutheran church. The Missouri synod (which is the liberal one) and Wisconsin synod (which is the conservative one).
I was raised Episcopalian and went to Catholic school all my life. I converted to Lutheran in a WELS church and it is about of conservative as you could possibly imagine. The majority of the Lutheran church is quite conservative and would absolutely reject that lunacy.

That is fair. I did not know that. I wasn’t trying to group all Lutherans in that comment. Of course, individuals have their own faith and aren’t necessarily a reflection of the whole or parts of the whole.

For the record, this is ELCA Lutheran church. I am Lutheran and us Missouri Synods and the Wisconsin Synods do not claim those loony birds. Seriously, about as far the opposite direction of the other 2 Lutheran factions as you can get.

That is not true. There are 3. The 2 you listed are conservative. ELCA is the liberal one. Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Bruh. The Bible you don’t read is very able to bring you to Gods saving grace, it will keep you in His Grace, and, bring you through to be with Him when that time comes. God is bigger than your finite mind can imagine and is able to finish that which He began. Peace
