I know of MM. A good friend of mine is his associate. And I think it would do everyone well if adjusters and PI guys could switch jobs for a month to see how the other one lives. Would go a long way towards bringing some collegiality and decency back into the process.

Not a bad idea at all. People don't believe it, but not long ago, the process was MUCH more decent. It's devolved into pissing matches, and that's it.
But not during Christmas. I don't want to have to do without all the Christmas giveaways from vendors and defense counsel.
