I would compliment the defense attorney on the adjuster handling the claim. Then, I'd request a deposition date simply to clarify some decisions made to make your client understanding and happy about how things were handled.
After the identification process has started in the actual depo, then start hitting the adjuster with bad faith allegations and questions.
I think we're going to get it handled and the particulars of this one don't justify me going scorched earth, but god damn you people are fricking frustrating sometimes.

Trust me, I know. I've dealt with a TON of shitty adjusters in my own personal life. It's because they were poorly trained. Back in the day, you wouldn't believe the training provided by the big companies. Now? Non existent. And I don't know if you handle workers' comp, but I'm out of all lines and pretty much strictly WC. Wonder what your dealings are with those?
Did you know that there are some personal injury attorneys that at times can be frustrating? Who knew....
