The guy's bar looks like a shithole off an alley in an industrial area.

Is this normal for NOLA?

Sounds to me like you need to go back to spending your time on the Soccer Board. Threads like this one is why God made the OT Lounge.

Can you imagine the stories his ex has about him?
The guy has spent an entire week arguing with people on Facebook about terms a summer program uses for its members. No doubt the guy has flown off the handles before when faced with real problems.

There’s a certain segment of the population that migrated in after Katrina to exploit the culture and signal to their bubble how virtuous they are. Scott Wood is in that number

I see.

And this guy is the king of virtue signalling.

ETA-This thread delivers. His meltdowns are epic.

Kinda yeah. Its off a side street in a pretty popular area. The beer is really good but they've made no effort whatsoever to make it look nice. To me it intentionally hipsterish, sitting on milk crates and shite.

I never go there because of it. The sad thing is they could awesome stuff with the space but they apparently have no desire to.

I've been berated by many on the Food Board here for lamenting the same exact thing.

This is a real injustice we have in America. The court taking kids away from their fathers. With no father figure in their lives boys grow up to be pansies or thugs. Girls become whores.

Maybe if Scott is really thinking about running for office he is using this KF Indian issue has his Mitch tear down the statues moment. If so I can’t knock his hustle.

Eh. Whatever.

Its been awhile since I've been there, but the place is a dump, it is CRAZY hot, no air conditioning, no fans, cement and garbage and milk crates and wire spools.

I don't need a place to be fancy. But put in a little fricking effort.

They have AC, a picnic table, a couch, a fan....

Don't think I've ever seen milk cartons as sitting options as they've always had folding chairs or regular plastic chairs outside and in.
If they're packed and someone wants a seat Scott (or staff) will go in the back and grab something for someone to sit on, even if it isn't a chair.
