I can't wait to see the child custody hearing when the ex-wife sues him for filing suit on behalf of their child without her permission. He is going to end up with supervised visitation once every 2 months when this is all over and done with.

Scott believes anyone who disagrees with him is a racist. He made allegations, in a FB post, that he may be filing suit this morning. I'm not sure what his suit would be based on.

The guy seems to be an emotional mess and he seems unable to get out of his own way.
In one breath, he says his son is the most important thing to him and that he had to fight tooth and nail to get custody.
Then he picks a fight publicly with a school who certainly wasn't attempting to do harm, comes across as a lunatic along the way, and more importantly publicly states that he's receiving death threats.
Certainly, the mother of his child needs to react to this. She can't have her son in a dangerous situation. Has this guy even considered this? I would think his custody is in jeopardy.
This isn't a small, short emotional burst. It's been going on for a week.
