See I think its the opposite of "wasting money". In fact, it is an essential investment for a business like that.

this guy should teach the class on how not to do social media to new business owners

I agree with him. He should be able to choose what is right and wrong for his son. I hope he pulled his kid from the program.
But why were you sending your kid there in the first place ?

Wasn't this the ex who enrolled the kid? Then when he found out about it he pulled the kid because of language he deemed offensive like "squaw" "tomahawk" and "little-feather"

Wood said camp documents showed various offensive and stereotypical terms related to Indigenous People and Native Americans were being used to label different parts of the Kehoe-France Children Center Summer Camp in Metairie. Wood said by phone Friday (June 8) that the use of the "absolutely horrific term" squaw hit him immediately.
Backtracking.

How would it be an investment when it is doing fine, chairs are not going to be a reason for coming or going, now full AC maybe, but not chairs.
Some of the things y'all are taking shots at are fricking stupid imo. Essentially, complaining about something to complain, just as Scott has done.

He didn’t do his due diligence before exposing his son to this institution ?

I don’t care about any of the other issues in this thread.
You’re crazy if you don’t think aesthetics matter.

So this is all related to a passive aggressive move against his ex for enrolling the kid in a private school that Scott didn't like? And it's about to go 100 pages on here. What a time to be alive.

They haven't mattered up to this point, plus it is New Orleans, I've been in plenty of establishments that looks as bad if not worse than Courtyard.

Courtyard was my favorite brewery in town. I’d imagine the heat keeps people away some parts of the year but I don’t think you could argue Scott has been successful with his business up to this point.

All of my liberal acquaintances like this place, and now I understand why. Also, I do not go there only because of the shitty seating.
Posted on 6/18/18 at 12:26 pm to TigerWise
Heat would be the only reason to stay away, he does have the fans inside but needs a large one outside to help deal with the heat. Especially since you are sitting on plastic on the brick. Usually, I go early enough to sit inside though so the heat is never an issue for me.

How true...I hope all had a wonderful Fathers Day..This thing is crazy in so many ways..If in fact his ex sent his child to the Day Camp..she should have a right to do so..Just as much as he had a right to remove his child out of the Camp..which, If they both...between themselves ultimately decide whether he remain or remove him from the Camp...He chose to make this Public..He had a chance to simply compromise with his ex...He also jeopardized the health and well being of every child at this camp by going Public with a private memo..Privy only to Parents with young ones at the Camp...

Bringing my FIL there this afternoon. He's used to Los Angeles weather. He might die.

You’re obviously a bit biased on this one so I’ll stop.
All I’m saying is, yes, I’m sure he’s doing fine, but he would be doing better if he put in any effort whatsoever into aesthetics.
It’s not like I’m the only one raising the issue. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about it. My wife told me no way in hell she would ever go back to that dump. I imagine that’s common.
