The "run" might be cancelled, but I guarantee people still show up down in the Quarter, or wherever, wearing a red dress and getting shithoused on whatever day it was supposed to be

It's def the best day of the year in the quarter.
The trash(both the thugs and baws from La Place) aren't there. I've never seen any trouble of any kind if there is always a lot of hot arse.
I don't go every year, but it's a fun day drinking event.
