Do you grasp how detrimental this logic can be when applied selectively? I can only assume you do not value historical preservation. Maybe Huey P. Long's statue should be removed as well because a group of people applying today's standards do not agree with him? Maybe the Indian Mounds at LSU should be flattened since Indians in the Middle Archaic engaged in violent warfare and didn't practice sustainable farming techniques. Why should we be represented by that?
