I wonder if Ramsey heard from anyone in the FQ. I think she forgets about them.

She just called them "statutes".

I believe there is a difference between "statues" and "statutes".

"yeah, theres crime" like its no big fricking deal

this is more important to her than getting them to quit shooting eachother

talking about slaves dying, but do nothing to stop the blacks from killing eachother now... smart

There's crime and road problems happening now, but it's important we address something that took place 200 years ago.

Makes sense

City council representative dipshit Ramsey just said:

WHy spend so much time and money on monuments when there is more important other matters.

*sarcasm*
yeah... there's crime.

yeah... theres infrastructure needs.
*sarcasm*

but there's also needs for healing.

Hey, dipshit, you are black, on a majority black city council, in a majority black city, with a black head of council. fricking idiot. How is that repression and oppression? Address the crime and poverty in your own fricking neighborhood.

"in 2015 we are still dealing with the effects of slavery"

A black man can become president on his own... but if blacks don't succeed it's because slavery.
