Using a fable to prove another fable…

Since LSU won 10 Football National Championships in a row then winning 5 more in a row is no problem.

Give or take.

The unclean animals were the ones not eligible to be sacrificed to Yahweh...

So animals from islands swam to land and made the trek to Noah's house?

Ok. So where did all that water come from? Where did it go? How did only 40 days of rain produce enough flood to cover the Alps?

There is no evidence that the entire planet was flooded. Zero.
No, but maybe the entire planet as they knew it at the time. They did not understand how large the planet was then

An exaggeration of the event sure, but could still have historical accuracies. It’s not crazy to think a big flood was coming and some nut loaded up a boat of animals thinking he was going to save the world.

If the Noah’s ark story is fake, why did the Bible give exact measurements of a boat thousands of years ago?
A guy in Kentucky made the Ark encounter to the exact measurements of what the Bible said, and it is an impressive site. I don’t think anybody could come up with those measurements if it wasn’t from God giving them that information

Good lord people, I'm still shocked that any rational, thinking person with an IQ over 100 could actually believe that something like this story could have actually happened. In so many ways it's just ludicrous.

This is why Islam would be such a natural for the US.

You do know the story of Noah's Ark was borrowed from other texts? Don't you?

Just out of curiosity, are you a sophomore in HS?

This sounds very much like a high school stoner intellectual who people can frick with all night if they're bored enough.

If a person believes in God that can speak the universe into existence then they have no problem believing he could fit whatever he wanted in a boat of any size. If you don’t believe then it makes no sense to you and you can’t comprehend it. We are free to believe however we wish. I choose God but you don’t have to. Faith or not is the determining factor.

has anyone tested to see if it was possible to load every animal on earth multiple times over onto the boat? What was it, 7 unclean and 2 clean of nearly every animal? It’s been a while since I’ve read genesis so I may be off on the details.

Except the fact that even atheist scientists agree there was a massive worldwide flood.

quote:

The theory of a global flood, often associated with the biblical story of Noah's Ark, is supported by the presence of marine fossils high on mountains and the widespread distribution of sedimentary layers across continents.
