No matter what about (man influenced) climate change, those claiming it are always right.

You are not allowed to debate the issue.

If it's hot = climate change

If it's cold = climate change

But...at best, predictions are 50% accurate.

That is because the science is settled but that doesn't mean we can't spend more tax dollars researching it.

Climate -- anything that supports my personal opinion about climate change.

Weather -- anything that doesn't support my personal opinion about climate change.

The consensus is manufactured just like it was regarding covid. All contrary evidence has been suppressed, and dissenting scientists have repeatedly been blackballed by institutions of higher learning while “accepted” studies cannot be verified via peer review. If AGW was a provable scientific theory, criticism would not need be suppressed.

Fun fact, weather evolves based on plenty of factors not attributed to human existence.

There are many factors that go into climate change, but to say that humans are not contributing or at the very least accelerating it is very absurd

Because we know that man influences climate change. The debate is over how much and what should we bend over backwards doing about it?

And you came to this conclusion how?

I think there is a lot of truth in this. I've seen a couple of breakdowns of the "97% of scientists agree that global warming is caused by humans" line that they have been using for years. As I recall, they looked at like 700 research papers on global climate change, and only 25% specifically said climate change was caused by man, 50% implied it was caused by man, and then the remaining 22% did not include anything refuting man-made climate change. That's very different from 97% of all scientists affirmatively agreeing that climate change is caused by man.

Of course, I think the number now is 100%, which doesn't feel very scientific all at all.

Hardly, we've modified the atmosphere's composition. That is by definition altering the climate. How do you imagine it could not?

If we dropped 50 nukes would you still be sitting here saying 'there's no way us tiny humans could affect the earth' s climate"?

Don't worry, many will get bored with this and go back to covid and mask talk. Lather, rinse and repeat.

So you don't think the greenhouse effect is real?

look at climate change as an equation with variables. These variables are things like natural cycle, galactic position, lunar and solar cycles, etc. Each variable plays a part, but some are weighted more than others. Now, if you take our presence on the planet and add it as variable you'll get a different outcome to that equation. Basically, speeding up the process.

If you ignore the material that is moved by the explosions I’m not sure the explosions themselves would have any lasting effect on the climate.

Absolutely nothing, until China/India/Saudi Arabia etc lower emissions. The USA could be carbon neutral and it wouldn’t make a dent

None of their predictions have been accurate.

We were supposed to freeze to death in the 80's
We were supposed to die from the loss of the ozone layer in the 90's.
We were supposed to be an ice free planet in the 2000's.

They just make up stuff and repeat it enough for a lot of people to believe it.
