fricking A right Nivea. You just won you a customer.
FCB and the big advertisers are the enemy to Western Civilization. Know your enemy.

FCB, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world, has parted ways with Nivea, amid allegations the skincare brand rejected an image of two men touching hands. According to Ad Age, an openly gay FCB creative on the call said a rep from the client told the team, "we don't do gay at Nivea."

Why are internal company decisions being leaked by their advertising agencies so often?

Because Madison Avenue is a big part of The Swamp. Madison Avenue is what pushes all this liberal pro gay pro diversity pro globalist shite down this country's throat 24/7.

Good for Nivea. It’s there choice to include homosexuals in their ads or not just like Gillette made their choice.

Nivea should sue the crap out of them after the leak. There are rules about disclosing corporate decisions and processes, and third party companies are under strict agreements not to divulge what they learn.

Yet again...more empty virtue signaling.
Oh my goodness! I can't imagine what kind of damage this brought to the company...
OMG! It was worse than expected!!!
Still, Barilla caved and hired LGBT "consultants" to help.
1. If I'm Nivea, I'm looking into legal action against the ad agency. Presumably there are some confidentiality provisions in their contract and this was CLEARLY a lead to inflict financial damages against Nivea.
2. DON'T APOLOGIZE. Gay people represents 3-5% of the world population (if that). I suspect they comprise less than 5% of Nivea's market. Just based on numbers alone it's likely Nivea would lose FAR more customers by running such ad's vs. gaining customers because of it.
All one has to do is look at Chic-Fil-a. They got caught up in a completely fabricated controversy. Yet, they never wavered from their core values as a business, nor apologized for a "wrong" they didn't commit. Liberals and SJW's gleefully virtue signaled and boycotted (and are still boycotting) CFA.
The result? CFA INCREASED their market share and is killing it in the fast-food race. They have far fewer franchise than their competitors, yet they have nearly DOUBLE the amount of sales per unit than all of their competitors.
quote:
Accusations of homophobia have damaged international brands in the past: In a 2013 radio interview, Barilla pasta chair Guido Barilla declared, "I would never do a commercial with a homosexual family. Not for lack of respect, but because we don't agree with them." Adding that he opposed adoption by gay parents, Barilla said if LGBTQ customers didn't like his view, they could go buy another brand of pasta.
Oh my goodness! I can't imagine what kind of damage this brought to the company...

The announcement led to calls for boycotts and the removal of Barilla products from Harvard dining halls.

I switched to their products several weeks back. Should have done it years ago.
Posted on 7/7/19 at 9:42 am to Placebeaux
So they don't have a right to "balk" at certain advertising?
Just bought Nivea aftershave about 2 weeks ago..
