Zyn & the like seem to be getting more popular. What is your take on this? Nicotine good or bad for you? Is it harmless in this form?

That shite definitely helped me cut down on smoking cigs. I dunno how it affects gum health, but I think it's probably better than tobacco in my lungs...

Pouches are the best. I keep a lucy breaker or alp pouch in most hours of the day. Used to use zyn but realized much better alternatives

Nicotine is not carcinogenic at least. The pouches are clean and probably to best way to use nicotine if you are going to use it.

Definitely better than chewing tobacco and snuff. And most certainly better than delivery by combustion into your lungs.

But it is very addictive. There are much worse things to be addicted to. But it's an addiction, just the same.

I quit a can-a-day copenhagen addiction cold turkey about a decade ago. Just thinking about it now makes my mouth water.

Now I gotta keep a wary eye on alcohol.

for sure dont start if not already addicted to nicotine. any dip/pouch/etc, tobacco or not, is going to frick up bloodflow to gums.

dang you caught me before i took it back. it technically is a nootropic but the "lock in" factor is minimal in my opinion compared to the cardiovascular effects and addictiveness. my point was the podcast people claiming its great for focus etc just so happen to be selling them. tucker in particular has been going really hard like borderline irresponsible

I know a guy at work who literally never doesn’t have a pouch in. When one goes out he immediately starts another

Seems like it wouldn’t be good for your heart in the long run

I quit for almost a year. But felt I needed something so now I'm now on lozenges which I was on before I quit. Tried zyns but they give me the hiccups.

Zyn helped me quit smoking reds. I still use zyn and drink coffee like it's going out of style but at least I don't smoke cigarettes anymore

It goes away eventually and you’ll stop getting them

Much preferred over dip since I don’t have to worry about tobacco in my teeth/gums nor brush my teeth afterwards. Zyn is just terrible. Rogue is my go to. Just prefer their pouches over others. Usually stick to 6mg. Met some Scandinavians who were calling me a pussy because they’re all on the 24mgs.

I prefer the lozenges. Nicorette lozenges were the GOAT up until they changed their formula a couple of years ago. Now they taste like all the other generic brand bullshite, but still with an inflated price.

I like the nicnac or rogue nicotine lozenges.
