He’s entitled to his non guilty and due process but with the lawyer he hired it’s all a show. Dude killed his parents and hopefully he serves time locked up.

We still understand very little about the human brain. It is at the same time the most amazing and the most terrifying aspect of the human being.
Some people say outer space or the depths of the ocean is the last frontier, but the majority of us will never experience or interact with either of those in any tangible manner. We interact with — and experience both the wonder and depravity alike — the human brain every second of every day, yet our true understanding of it is minimal. The human brain is the final frontier, and it is entirely possible that how it truly functions will always be beyond our understanding.

Our sources also say Nick's substance abuse was worsening the schizophrenia.
And parents were enabling him by taking him to Hollywood parties to mingle with our betters. Not saying they deserved to die but it would appear they somewhat greased the rails.

Your kid is struggling to fit in so you take them to a place where the most successful, well adjusted and adored people on earth will be, along with copious alcohol and drugs? I’m truly baffled by this poor parental decision making.

Nick's substance abuse was worsening the schizophrenia

TMZ stated that his medications were being changed, he was kind of unhinged and had been erratic... maybe the article is setting the public up to be accepting of an insanity defense

It unfortunate Rob was so political which turned this incident into political theatre. We need to bring back mental institutions in the country and this could've been used as a launching point to accomplish that.
About one year ago a great man was killed by his skitzo son in Concordia parish. Had an outburst and stabbed him in the neck. The daughter was home from college for the holidays and tried to stop the bleeding to no avail. The father was also the primary caregiver to his alzheimer mother. Great family. The tried to get the son help for 15 years. The state told them they wouldn't commit him unless he actually did a crime.

Lol well said
I find it weird how many people jumped on supporting these people. Sad that life was lost but nobody should care about these people, Hollywood elites, as they don’t care about the peasants below them.

This is an awful policy... a license to kill, really.

Didn't the reporting say he had an altercation with his family at the party?
Yes, and Conan O'Brien stopped another guest from calling the police. That will weigh heavy on hiim. If the police had gotten involved, they'd likely have asked them to separate for the night and the Reiners might still be alive.

It is but I might be out of necessity....there really is no where to put them right now.

Lots of schizophrenics out there (about 1% of population) and most of them don't commit murder. I don't think you.can blame it all on that.

You know... "they" can build stadiums, pop up tent cities, emergency fema housing, etc... this isn't impossible, it just isn't politically viable.

I heard it was because Rob and his wife were pleading to NOT call the police.
Not sure how much if any, it makes Conan feel though.

True.
There's different intensities though and his was compounded by drug abuse... most recently meth if I remember correctly. Bad, bad combination.

Right. And this incident could've been a jumping off point to get those wheels in motion. But it got too political and muddy to be of any help I'm afraid.
