Yet, now they are the ones who have become pussified because they don’t agree with the activism. I never agreed with kneeling and etc during the national anthem, but my gosh people have let that offense control them.

Yeah, it's only about the kneeling, there is absolutely nothing else going on in the NFL that people wouldn't agree with

I love the ratings threads! Lack of info and nothing but bitching front pages.

-no preseason to ramp up interest
-competed against an NBA playoff game
-several bars and restaurants still closed due to Donald Trump's incompetence and lying about the virus

All of those have much more to do with the rating decline than a peaceful protest put on by the NFL.

but hey that's america now, if you protest peacefully we will hate you and make sweeping generalizations about your belief systems and politics.

It pathetic really.

Look man go change your underwear and pants and clean yourself up. I'm sorry Covid mostly only killed old people and folks in nursing homes. I know you hoped 100s of thousands of young healthy people would die to prove your point, that didn't happen, I'm sorry. Go clean up, take a nap, it's just less people watching football, it's not that big of a deal.

So which executive order did Trump sign that closed down your bars and restaurants?

These people are so self important that they think we care what they’re protesting about

I want to watch sports and if I want to watch protests, I’ll put on a news channel of check out the TD/OT

will say this I was watching redzone all day and the anti-racism social justice crap was all pretty minimal. Not nearly as bad as I was expecting.

Don’t know why you’re being downvoted. I hate this Blm sjw crap as much as anyone, didn’t watch a play Thursday night but decided to flip on redZone late around 1245 to see if it was bad. I was fully expecting a Blm graphic overlaid on the screen. Actually just felt like a normal Sunday.

I won’t watch any stand alone game but will continue to watch redZone from time to time.

That wasn't an insult just advice. You gave no credible statement to counter.

Considering there were no fans in the stands in many stadiums so no ticket sales plus no concessions due to that...I’m thinking 12% or whatever down is a pretty fricking big deal.

The issue with the BLM/ SJW BS is it’s not going to help the nfl gain fans. The soy boys aren’t going to start tuning in due to it. So you have your core fans that are going to watch no matter what, then you have fringe fans that will watch some here and there, then you have your fans that are tired of it and won’t watch anymore.

The BLM/ SJW stuff is there. I don’t enjoy it. I’ll still watch it it’s on and I’m not doing anything, but I’m in the category of not going to make an extra effort to make the time because it’s not as enjoyable anymore for me.

Ask the two cops that just got ambushed and the dozens of people that have been killed since all this started if BLM is not hurting anyone. Fires, riots, shootings, and beatings. Yea, no one gets hurt by that.

The person who shot those officers should rot in hell. And if things like this continue to happen it will eventually collapse "the cause".

I think most of the support comes from athletes, celebrities, etc who are worried about getting "cancelled" if they don't show support and for a lot of them, its about their bottom line, which I don't blame them.

When I watch games, I start paying attention when they are about to kick off so I don't even notice what teams or players do during the national anthem.. Unless it is mentioned during the broadcast.

But I don't think that worthless frick who shot those officers did so because pro leagues support ending racism and injustice (which sounds good, but that's like saying "lets fight for world peace", we don't life in a perfect world. So I don't let it bother me.

Has nothing to do with principles, I don’t have an inflated sense of myself to think what I do or do not do matters.

I’m speaking strictly from the prospective of I don’t want to see that shite so I won’t watch 1 game because that’s all you see. I enjoy sitting on the couch vegging out on redZone on Sunday’s, and if I’m not annoyed by the sjw bullshite then I’ll continue to do so.

not really, but ok

the only thing that you will see during the game right now is the "End Racism" in the endzones, which you will see on RZ, so...

all the other stuff happens pre-game, which I have no idea why anyone would watch that anyways
