I think the bos maybe approved that but I thought i read that the legislature has to approve it.

Oh and there’s an exemption form — I posted the link earlier. It’s on the LSU health center site. If you opt out, there’s a clause st the bottom that says you can’t participate in campus classes/activities.

Otherwise it should be no problem.

Southeastern wouldn't let me SCHEDULE classes without getting a meningitis vaccine a few years back.

They want LDH to add it to the list of required vaccines. Doubtful LDH will do that prior to full FDA approval.

Marx said control of the means of production was a class struggle.

A publicly funded university has no legal standing to require a vaccine for Covid19.

Total pure BS...

Wait a minute. That clause is standard. If there's an outbreak of anything, it MAY happen.

quote:

The student releases LSU University, its faculty, staff and students from any and all claims, connected with an outbreak or
threatened outbreak of disease or other public health immunization emergency on campus.
I understand that if I claim exemption for any of the reasons stated above, I may be excluded from campus and from classes in the
event of an outbreak of measles, mumps, rubella, or meningitis until the outb

Yes but if you don’t want to take mmr or meningitis you don’t have to is how I read it. No problems unless there’s an outbreak of any of those things.

Am I misinterpreting?

Just stop with this nonsense.

I doubt any vaccine or drug has ever had this much scrutiny or as large of a study.
