I couldn't do the whole "swinger" thing myself, but I have no problem with this.
If you go back even 2000 years marriage wasn't even a thing - big weddings, wedding rings, and honeymoons have only been around less than 100 years. It's in our very nature to be polygamous and not monogamous, it's just a factor of society now.
That being said, I still couldn't deal with some other dude plowing my wife - especially my NEW wife.

Wife and I worked with a girl who was big into swinging with her husband. Kept telling us how it made their marriage stronger, we don’t know what we’re missing, etc. A week later her husband shows up at our house bummed out because she was cheating on him. Apparently it’s ok if other dudes rail your wife within the confines of the swinger party but anywhere else it’s considered adultery. They divorced a month later...
