Has this chick ever actually been on the water, much less driven a boat? Ray Charles could see those breakers on the shoal from the other side of the planet....what the actual frick? That foursome probably had the wheelhouse locked up on autopilot while they all munched the carpet

They managed to sink one of their own nuclear submarines at the dock a while back and they lost another one when it got entangled in their own antisubmarine defenses. They're also prone to the same corruption that plagues the Russian military.
Their missiles seem to work pretty well most of the time and they have enough of them to give us problems. But their land, naval and air forces wouldn't last long in a toe to toe fight. They can turn Taiwan into a parking lot but I seriously doubt they'll be able to take and hold the island in the foreseeable future.
I wouldn't relish a fight with them because they're huge, and anything can happen in a war. But they're not ten feet tall. More like three feet tall.

Well the ship didnt run up on to the beach. Running aground can be as simple as trying to navigate too shallow a channel, hitting rocks and knocking a hole in the boat. Boat can “sink” in a few feet of water if it lists and rolls over.
