New Zealand naval vessel with lesbian Captain runs found, catches fire, and sinks

that photo is so typical of where I work, if you are anything other than a white male you will be offered a job, and they even know they were hired strictly for their initials, sexual orientation, or skin color yet they act as if they've made a great accomplishment in a field where the deck is fully stacked against them and have beaten the odds
