He obviously wasn’t prepared for this moment/situation and handled it poorly. However, I do want to give him credit for possibly seeking to protect his girlfriend (hard to tell from the video but I want to give him the benefit of the doubt).

You're a POS if you think this guy deserves to be randomly stabbed and killed in NYC because you don't agree with his views and have no sympathy for it which is what you're implying by saying "I feel less than zero sympathy for these people." I don't agree either with their views but in no way does he deserve to brutally die for it.

Meh. I’m not happy that he was killed, but I am happy that it happened to someone holding his views, and not someone truly innocent. The guy was a commie and avid antifa supporter.

He basically turned to run away (as his girlfriend is on the other side of the perp) and tripped over the bench they had been sitting on and the perp stabbed him 3 times as he rolled off the bench.
