Adult used as a verb.

Ex: "Ughhh, I just can't adult today."

or "adulting"

"My truth" (or "her truth" or "his truth...)

It's "THE truth." Or maybe it's not the truth. But the word truth has nothing to do with opinions.

My dog makes “fetch” happen every afternoon.

Not a new phrase, but, one that’s very annoying to hear:

“My truth”

There’s no my truth or your truth. Only the truth.

ETA: damn LSU Alumnus, same time stamp and everything.

Two people could see the same event happen from two different viewpoints and both describe it accurately from what they saw. So who is telling the truth?

The one whose description matches the actual events.

If both are discussing events that are not mutually exclusive, then the'd both be speaking THE truth.

Edited a typo.

Definitely not a new word, but Im done with the over-usage of the word racist. The way people use the word now has totally skewed the actual meaning and diluted it to the point people probably just roll their eyes when someone says it.

Im also not a fan of people sayish delish, vacay, and texting K instead of ok. Typing “k” has to be one of the laziest things a person could ever do in life.
