All joking aside it’s pretty crazy that a market for this even exists in the first place.
I’m sure glad i didn’t grow up in an era of youth sports specialization. I enjoyed the heck out of basketball and baseball and all the other things even though I was pretty mediocre at everything aside from endurance sports

so a market for a device that makes taking care of your arm for both football and baseball is crazy to exsist?

It's basically the rehab protocol from Tommy Johns. It really does strengthen the arm but if done correctly it will balance the strength of the arm. It also has flexibility protocols, which if used correctly will minimize injury.
A lot of arm injuries are from strength and flexibility differentiations. This can be amplified with a growing body.
