Lacrosse is like 90% white so that won’t happen.

Lacrosse participation has been on the rise for a long time and more and more young adults now have playing experience and knowledge of the game that most of the country today does not. I could see it slowly gaining a fanbase for that reason.
The NBA and NFL are home to the greatest blends of size, speed, and finesse that you will find on the planet. The politics are not even a part of it for most fans. Lacrosse is a giant yawn compared to high level football and basketball.

The new most popular sport is outwoking each other.

With NFL, NBA going "woke" alienating fans, is anything poised to capitalize?
I could see Lacrosse getting a decent fan base.

Any thoughts?

I like fishing because I can participate, and because you can eat the tasty trophies.

I always liked watching Aussie rules rugby.
While I can't ever see it rivaling football in the US I think football fans could really enjoy rugby. I played for about 12 years when I was younger and actually preferred it to playing football.

Does Louisiana have any rugby teams? Or is it just colleges?

It's too expensive to play for a lot of people. MLS soccer may take over though.
