With NFL, NBA going "woke" alienating fans, is anything poised to capitalize?

I could see Lacrosse getting a decent fan base.
I'm not talking massive.
But, a legit fanbase.

Any thoughts?

People are going to "boycott" by only watching their favorite team.

NFL and NBA will still be huge, sports like lacrosse will gain virtually no new fans. A couple of butt hurt internet warriors may sit out a season of a season of a sport they watched then go right back to it

the NFL and NBA have been woke for years now and they continually make billions of dollars

I don't think you will see much of a dent in any direction

Esports. Especially if we're under covid lockdown for the next 10 years just in case.

Lax is the oldest sport in North America, is it not? Its had plenty of time to gather a fan base if one was going to develop.

Only if you're allowed to throw the ball at the individual to get them out, instead of touching them with it while in posession.

Evander Kane is trying to get the NHL woke up, but it's not gaining any traction - most of those dudes just wanna play hockey and leave the activist b.s. for the team managers.

So, hockey.
