Current doctor is going to VIP Medicine and I'm not paying 1500 a year extra to be a patient. Any recommendations for pcp?

No. It's some sort of deal where they only accept so many patients I believe. Supposedly offered you a more personal relationship with the doc and easier to get appts.

Only waiting an hour after your scheduled appointment, instead of 2 hours?

After smoking, I usually get hungry for faces. Really, any body part will do, though.

Most of the concierge medicine offerings include house calls, at least by a PA or NP if you are actually ill, since the overall patient load is decreased office wait times are reduced as well,

quote:no, you sign a contract for $$$ a month - you pay that plus office visits - I believe the monthly agreed amount for this Dr. I know was around 150.00 a month -
Is this Obama Care BS?

I recall the fear is believing you can fly, and not in an R Kelly way but more in a gay Muslim sort of way.

Its called a boutique practice and more doctors are going to this type of practice. It reduces their patient population while increasing their profitability. It also allows them to be available so you don't have to wait 2 weeks to be seen for a sinus infection. There are also built in discounts for things like injections and paperwork, which sometimes they charge for. I wouldn't do it but some people do.

3-MeO-PCP may be what you're looking for if regular PCP is not cutting it anymore.
