This is most likely what happened. Trafficking makes you think of kids in shipping containers and being sold at some kind of Auction like in the movies. The definition of trafficking is so broad that it includes what this guy did. It’s like the RICO statute. This dude is just a sick queer like most of them are. It’s a deviant lifestyle.
