New Orleans Residents, do you report people/businesses that are not wearing mask?

I saw a business member who wanted to report a local church because the people were not wearing mask in or out of the building.
So would you report a group of people because they are not following the mayor's orders?

People didn’t even have mask in March.
Which Lowe’s? There’s only one still open on the East Bank in Orleans Parish.

Went to pick up food the other night, guy in front of me had a mask on....not a single worker did. Idgaf, but the guy in the mask was probably shitting himself. It was an open kitchen so it was all on display

If anyone thinks workers preparing food in restaurants were wearing masks before people were allowed back in the building, well, I hope they didn’t get much takeout
