Much of my extended family in NOLA and BR had it a couple weeks back. Headache and fever for a couple days. I did a home test only because dad (80+) was going in for surgery and we had dinner the day before I had symptoms.
Surgeon said no problem. They don't put old people surgeries on hold or even test for COVID anymore - good to know.

Started feeling like shite Friday. Had a COVID test at the house and sure enough it was COVID. Took a bunch of OTC cold medicine and slept all day Saturday. Feeling okay today. I’m going to work tomorrow.
