Thinking about getting the wife and I tickets to Prairie Home Companion in January. Anything to note about seating, parking, etc?

We could do the Ryman in Nashville but we’ve been there plenty.

Go to the show in Nashville like your life depended on it.

I didn't know this still existed. I used to love listening to this.

Margaret Saenger was a despicable human being who murdered millions of babies. I wouldn’t go to anything she’s associated with.

It’s back and really different. It’s hosted by Chris Thile, and the music portion has definitely been a whole lot better. Some are critical because it’s a bit more pop culture, but I’ve really enjoyed it.

Try and get Orchc seats if you can.

Where will you be staying? May be best to Uber but it’s also walkable if you’re in the quarter or CBD. There is parking directly behind the Saenger and across Rampart into the quarter.

The Saenger is great. Don’t listen to the mouth breathers on here.

Uber there. It will be cheaper and less of a hassle than parking. (assuming it live in Nola)

It's Margaret Sanger-not Saenger

Have one of her quotes for your efforts...

Fats Domino wrote a song about its location.....

I was standin', I was standin' on the corner
Of Rampart and Canal
I was watchin', watchin'
Watchin' those Creole gals
