im actually surprised, only 1 homocide in the last week according to that map, and only averaging about 1 a week since april 1

I live just East of Audubon park and I'm quite pleased about there being only 1 crime (even if sexual battery)

I wonder if there are any correlations to be drawn from that map.

Proximity to confederate statues maybe?

Also, shows a solid list of places not to go. Most of them not shocking depending on location and time of day.

Ha set the parameters to one month. I chose 4/1/16 to 5/1/16 and there were too many to plot when zoomed out to see most of the city Over 800 in the NOLA area....

A murder a week in Shreveport would be a huge increase. We average around 25 murders a year up here.
