1) get rid of the pool table on the beer side
2) you are a beer and wine bar. Become a beer and wine bar. Get rid of the frozen drinks they all drink. Get rid of the sweet cocktails they all drink. We serve beer, wine, and basic well drinks, and bourbon neat. That’s it. No shots.
3) only rock and country music
Done.
Last time I was there and walked out, it was all orders of sweet cocktails, shots of gran ma, and frozen drinks. The one guy buying wine wanted to know “which one had the most alcohol” to the bartenders consternation
If they leaned into the alcohol problem, then problem is solved.

5-10 years ago this was a popular place for a Bumble first date. That’s how far this place has fallen and suffered. The owners really built a nice place and now they have to deal with this.

Man this was the spot 10+ years ago.
As others have said, when Neyow's started turning into a club of sorts you could see the crowd escalating around there. But there was always a pretty clear line between the 2 spots.
It was only a matter of time until they trickled over.
