This is what I was told last week when I asked how they handle lost tickets.
Real way around takes a second car. You switch plates and then get out that way.

They photograph your plate when you get the ticket. You’ll have to wait until they find your plate and then you’ll pay full days not hours

Uber from your house and back. If you live south of the lake it’s cheaper and more convenient than parking at MSY.

This happened to me this year at another airport. My wife parked the car so no idea how she lost it...But they looked at our license plate and then looked us up somehow, and found out when we arrived. I was blown away honestly because they pulled it up in like 30 seconds.

the last 2 times I flew out of MSY, there was literally zero parking available in the garages and zero parking at every Park-And-Fly surrounding it.
Both times I was lucky enough to bribe one of the hotels on Vets.
I'm getting pretty sick of that fricking airport.

Just pay for that shite. However if you’re not going to, put a fake license plate, like a souvenir plate, on your car right before you go in, park your car and then when you get back from your trip put your real plate on?
