Do you need a Brake Tag for these?(Video of ATVs on Carollton Ave)

The video shows dozens of ATVs riding down Carrollton at Tulane, popping wheelies and weaving between cars.

Luckily the Louisiana State Police bust up the party by arresting a Baw who decided to join the party.

I’m waiting for someone to pull out in front of them when they keep going thru red lights.

As I understand it they are using Mitch Landrieu's new bicycle lanes to ride these things and the Cops can't arrest them because they are technically allowed on the dedicated bicycle lane on roads in Orleans Parish.

For 50 bucks I can get it plated.

Full coverage insurance and a helmet, cops can kick rocks.

and all of our insurance rates will continue to rise because NOPD refuses to do it's job...

their families will sue the drivers of the vehicles that hit them and their insurance companies will either pay money to fight it or pay off them - either way we all lose
or we have to pay for the healthcare of them or their victims when they crash

17 min mark they have the entire I-10 blocked off and at a standstill.

Chasing an atv with a chopper is stupid.

Military chases people in the dunes out west. And those choppers struggle to maintain target lock

Yes the 30 minute mark is the ATV/Dirt Bike gang versus the Louisiana State Police. La. State Police brought out the helicopters and looks like there are at least 20 police cars on the Lakefront. No way they are going to catch these guys especially with the numbers of bikers they have on the lakefront levee.

Really surprised this didn't make the news.

I would love to run that little prick over blocking traffic so they can all run the light.

Would you also have to add turn signals and mirrors?

Mirrors yes. Hand signals still legal under statute in Louisiana.

There are tons of loopholes you can exploit.

My motorcycle has neither, registered in Texas though. Not sure what the law on that is.
